About SRAM PC NX Eagle 12 Speed Chain
The basis of every Eagle drivetrain is its chain-and the NX Eagle chain is designed and manufactured using genuine SRAM's Eagle architecture, so it is fully compatible with every other component in the Eagle ecosystem. The NX Eagle chain features solid pin construction, Eagle PowerLock and smooth, efficient shifting that you can count on every time out.

Technology
PowerLock: SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool free, sure, and consistent way to connect SRAM chains. While PL does not require special tools for install, the especially tight tolerances of 10, 11 and 12-speed drivetrains mandate that each PowerLock is good for a one-time application only.
Eagle: Eagle technology represents SRAM's newest 1x drivetrain technology. Eagle is a lighter, simpler, more durable, and easier to use drivetrain. Eagle features all-new 1x components, engineered for even greater durability and performance while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain solutions. Eagle technology also provides an expanded gear range of 520%, which is equal to 2x11 drivetrains.
Flowlink: Ultra-smooth chain inner-plates are completely devoid of square edges, resulting in a chain that engages the cassette and chainring with far less friction, for quieter performance and better wear life. The design allows a narrower overall profile that can withstand greater angles, and also allows for a flatter outer-plate, which means more consistent chain riveting and enhanced overall strength.
