At Bicycle Superstore, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All returned gear must be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
